> Background
NewCytech’s foundations date as far back as 1981 whereby
the company started as a reseller of computer systems
under the name of WPC. In 2000 it was acquired by Global
IT and in 2004 NewCytech’s senior management team successfully
concluded a management buy-out. As a result the senior
management team now owns 100% of the company.
This opportunity was particularly fortunate, as the
depth of knowledge and experience remained within the
company. The continuity in management and all staff
ensures commitment to our customers and allows the
company culture to remain intact.
